Yud Shevat Rally - Bais Chaya Mushka, Toronto

A Letter to parents/overview of program - Yeshiva School Pittsburgh

B”H

Now in our second week, Chayolei Tzivos HaShem has generated quite a bit of positive excitement amongst the students who have registered for this motivating and rewarding childrens program.

Designed to challenge each student based on his/her capabilities, students have reported growth in their Shabbos Mivorchim Tehillim, and are moving forward with their Mitzvah missions. We have received many but not all of the Shvat Tehillim missions. Please have your child bring in their Tehillim mission, and receive credit for it.

To assist your child, please bear in mind the following guidelines:

  • Missions will receive credit when they are accompanied by a parent signature.
  • Hakhel mission reports receive credit after 7 days of missions have been completed. The tasks do NOT need to be done 7 days in a row. Missions may be completed as quickly as every 7 days, or at a slower pace.
  • When Hakhel missions are completed, children should bring their signed report to school and give it to their Limudei Kodesh teacher. Their teacher will give them the appropriate Achievement Card that they hold on to. At a designated time, students will be invited to the CTH office and enter their Achievement Card into the CTH online database.
  • Tehillim missions should be signed and given to teachers as well. They will be processed and points will automatically be entered to their account.

While the CTH program is being run through the school, the missions are designed to be done at home. I have received calls and emails from parents reporting both the challenges that have come up and the excitement their children are displaying toward this program. Please let me know how it is working for you. Your feedback and input is highly valued. To share a success story or to voice a concern, please contact me at LivingLegacy@ChabadPGH.com 412-715-4883

There is no dead line for registering for CTH. Should you be interested in registering your child, forms are available in school.

Thank you for your support of this truly beneficial program. May your participation in this program be an additional source of Nachas for you from all of your Kinderlach!
